REASI, Mar 5: Member of Parliament Lok Sabha Jammu today toured Katra in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Assembly constituency and addressed party workers. He also inaugurated BJP Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Election office at Katra.
Member of Parliament while addressing the gathering on the occasion said that Bharatiya Janata Party is the single largest party in the nation serving the people under the leadership of dynamic Prime Minister, Narendra Modi .
He said that BJP Government at Center has done lot of development which can be marked with the Golden words in the history. He said that development can be observed in every nook and corner of the Jammu and Kashmir. He said that Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Assembly constituency is blessed with the holy shrine and our main motto is to boost pilgrimage tourism in Katra. He said that party has shown faith on me and given chance again to fight Lok Sabha elections for the third term.
He complimented Prime Minister, Narendra Modi for tremendous development and party High Command who took faith on him and also appealed party workers to take ideology of party at every doorstep so that everybody comes in support of BJP to strengthen the hands of Narendra Modi to make him Prime Minister of India again in 2024.
Member of Parliament also visited Nagrota and paid obeisance at Mata Kol Kandoli temple at Nagrota along with ex MLA, Davinder Singh Rana, former Mayor Chander Mohan Gupta, Nand Kishore Sharma, ex Sarpanches and Panches and senior BJP leaders and also distributed Prasad there.
District president BJP, Rohit Dubey, DDC Chairman, Saraf Singh Nag, former Minister, Ajay Nanda, ex-MLA Baldev Raj Sharma, DDC Rajinder Mengi, DDC Nirmala Devi, DDC Reeta Devi, DDC Abdul Rashid, Prabhari Arvind Gupta, Seh Prabhari, Pardeep Singh, former Mayor Chandar Mohan Gupta, ex-president MC Katra, Shashi Gupta, Senior BJP leaders Sheel Mangotra, Ankush Baru, Ritu Thakur, ex councillors ,prominent citizens, senior BJP leaders and others were also present at the occasion.
