JAMMU, Feb 18: Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF) is observing February 19 as Duggar Diwas which is the Foundation Day of the party at Parade Ground tomorrow. Addressing a press conference, president of JKDF Anil Gupta has appealed the people to widely take part in the campaign to let them know about their feelings regarding the Jammu. He said that JKDF is going to start “Write for Jammu, Fight for Jammu” at Parade Ground tomorrow, which is an initiative call for the people to write down their feeling about what they think should make a difference. The people could write whatever they think can make Jammu a better place in the field of education, employment, development, etc. Gupta said that the situation of Jammu which is the birth place of Dogras and every person living here is in sorry state. We all would like to flourish and prosper but the State developmental policies, employment plans, etc have ignored the heartland of Jammu. He expressed that people of Jammu deserves more prosperous land and a far better tomorrow for which they have to stop bearing the step motherly treatment given out to them and have to break out silence.
