Shiv Sena to train women in tailoring

JAMMU, Mar 8: Shiv Sena (UBT) J&K unit has announced free tailoring and beautician courses for women.
During a function here today J&K Shiv Sena chief, Manish Sahni said that a one-month free tailoring and beautician course shall be started by them after completion of which, all possible help will be provided for self employment to the trained ladies along with certificates.
He said that women interested in this course can register themselves at Shiv Sena office and duration of the course will be one month.
Sahni informed that they will soon start centers at district and tehsil level for free training to women to make them self-employed.
On this occasion, about two dozen women joined Shiv Sena while a dozen women present there got themselves registered for the courses.
Shiv Sena Women Wing president, Meenakshi Chibber; general secretary, Vikas Bakshi; vice president, Sanjeev Kohli; Balwant Singh, president Kanghar Wing; Raj Singh, organizer; Imran Sheikh, Shashi Pal, Mamata Chibber, Kajal, Vijay Singh, Sanjeev Sharma and others were also present on the occasion.
