RAJOURI, Mar 11: The police in Nowshera sub division of Rajouri has nabbed an absconder who was wanted in a case but was evading his arrest.
The absconder is identified as Mohammad Tazeem, son of Mohammad Latif, resident of Behrote, Thannamandi. He was declared an absconder U/Ss 512 CrPC (Now 299 CrPC) on Oct 20, 2015 in case FIR No 228/2011 U/Ss 188 RPC & 3 PCA Act.
A general warrant was also issued against the absconder by JMIC Nowshera Police team headed by SHO Nowshera Sumit Magotra under the supervision of SDPO Nowshera Jaswant Singh arrested the absconder from National Highway NH-144A Rajal by team of PS Nowshera and has been produced before the court.
