JAMMU, Mar 17: The graph of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is going up with each passing day as people are coming forward to join and further strengthen this party in the Union Territory.
This was stated by Yudhvir Sethi, J&K BJP vice president while speaking at the joining programme held here today.
Today, Rama Khajuria, Zonal president PDP along with dozens of supporters joined the party during a party programme held here. On the occasion, Parmod Kapahi, district president, Savita Anand, Mahila Morcha president East, Abdul Mehmood vice president, ST Morcha, Bishan Singh general secretary, Bajalta Mandal, Ashok Naidu, Anil Angral, Samant Singh, Mazid Khan and others were present.
Addressing the gathering, Yudhvir said there is growing support for the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir. He stated that people across the region, akin to other parts of the country, recognize Prime Minister, Narendra Modi’s sincere commitment to the development and welfare of the nation’s 140 crore citizens.
Highlighting the Prime Minister’s relentless efforts over the past ten years, Sethi praised Narendra Modi as the ‘Man of Development in India.’ He noted the significant achievements in Jammu and Kashmir, including unprecedented mega projects in health, education, road infrastructure, connectivity, and overall development, fostering peace and progress in the region.
Sethi asserted today that a remarkable influx of women has chosen to join the party, their decision fueled by the profound commitment of the BJP towards the empowerment of women. This momentous development showcases the impact of the Party’s sustained efforts to uplift and support women in various spheres of life, he said, adding that BJP’s unwavering dedication to creating an inclusive environment for women and providing them with equal opportunities has resonated deeply with these new members.
