UDHAMPUR, Mar 19: In an apparent case of suicide, a young man was found hanging from a tree near his house at village Khuga Mantalai, Tehsil Chenani.
According to the reports, Raj Kumar alias Raju (35), son of Kaka Ram Sharma, resident of village Khuga Mantalai, Tehsil Chenani, District Udhampur, was found hanging from a tree near his house under mysterious circumstances.
Some locals noticed the man hanging and immediately called the Police following which Incharge Police Post Sudhmahadev, PSI Raman Kumar rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body to Chenani Hospital for the postmortem.
Chenani Police have registered the case Under Section 174CrPC and further investigation is going on.
