SAMBA, Feb 22: CJM Samba has issued directives to Ramgarh Police to register FIR against two land grabbers Kamal Singh and Rama Kant who have grabbed one and a half kanal of land belonging to Sushma Devi and Swarana Devi.
The court issued directives to police on the basis of the compliant filed by the two ladies.
The Ramgarh Police has registered FIR No 114/2014 under Section 457/323 against the duo and started investigation. When contacted SDPO Vijaypur, S S Samyal said that law will take its course and no one will be spared. He said Police will make full investigation of the case and not spare any body who will be behind the land grabbing how influential politically he may be or how important post he may be holding.
