JAMMU, Feb 22: In an application seeking registration of FIR against Kiran Wattal, Commissioner JMC, Kuldeep Kumar, Chief Khilafwarzi Officer and others, Forest Magistrate Jammu Slahuddin Ahmed today directed SHO Police Station Domana to investigate the case under law.
In the complaint filed by Jeevan Singh, a resident of Roop Nagar it has been submitted that he had purchased two shops and was constructing house over the shops on February 2, 2014 when Kuldeep Kumar, Chief Khilafwarzi Officer along with officials of JMC came to the spot and tried to create hurdle in construction and demanded Rs 1 lakh for the continuation of the construction of building.
After hearing Advocates RS Chib, Nitin Gupta and Pawan Khajuria, Forest Magistrate directed SHO Police Station Domana to investigate the case.
