JAMMU, Mar 22: The handmade Glycerine soap was unveiled at a special function organised by Sewa Bharti at Jagti township, Nagrota near here, today.
Anil Chibber (Technical Officer) from the Department of Horticulture, graced the inauguration of the handmade Glycerine Soap. The event was held at Sewa Dham (Athroot) at Jagti Township.
The ceremony was attended by a gathering of dedicated Sewa Bharti Karyakartas, including Dr. Kulwant, Pamposh Didi, Pardeep Kumar, Opender Krishan, Rakesh Kumar, Ajay Kumar, and Tyagi Ji under the guidance of Jai Dev (Dada Ji), besides social activist Sohan Lal Pandita ,Muktesh Kumar and Ankush Kumar. Their presence underscored their unwavering commitment to the cause and highlighted the collective effort towards community empowerment. As Sewa Bharti Karyakartas, their dedication continues to drive impactful initiatives, fostering positive change in Jammu and Kashmir.
Sewa Bharti in a handout today said that all projects of Sewa Bharti operate under the guidance of Jai Dev (Dada Ji). His visionary leadership and unwavering dedication has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s endeavors for the betterment of society.
Moreover, the Handmade Glycerine Soap Programme, known as Reshvaer, holds a special significance as it is crafted by displaced Kashmiri women. This initiative not only provides them with a livelihood but also serves as a platform for their upliftment and empowerment. Additionally, the Athroot Project, spearheaded by Sewa Bharti, plays a crucial role in the upliftment of displaced Kashmiri women. Through initiatives like Reshvaer, the Athroot Project aims to empower these women and create opportunities for their socio-economic development, thereby contributing to the overall welfare of the community.
