JAMMU, Mar 27: Two brothers were arrested with 55 grams of heroin-like-substance in Domana area here today.
A police spokesperson said that during naka checking by a police party headed by SHO Domana, Inspector Arun Sharma, assisted by PSI Murtaza Rehman under the supervision of SDPO Domnana Mudassir Hussain and SP Rural Brijesh Sharma, two persons identified as Sahil Zadoo and Rohit Zadoo of Laxmi Nagar, Muthi, were stopped for checking.
During person search of the duo, he said, 55 grams of heroin-like-substance was recovered from their possession.
They have been accordingly booked in case FIR number 72/2024 under sections 8/21/22/29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Domana and further investigation taken up.
