UDHAMPUR, Feb 25: Police today arrested a bootlegger and seized 45 pouches of illicit liquor from his possession.
The accused was identified as Babu Ram of Kapotha Jammu. He was arrested during surprise checking near Tikri Chowk Udhampur. 45 number of 250 ML poly pouches of liquor were recovered from his possession.
A case U/S 48A Excise Act has been registered in this connection at Police Station Rehmbal.
