Mehbooba accuses Omar of double speak

JAMMU, Feb 25: Accusing Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah of double speak PDP Legislative Party leader, Ms Mehbooba Mufti today said that he (CM) tweets one thing and practices totally against that.
Talking to reports out side the State Assembly here, today, the PDP leader said that there is difference in words and deeds of Omar Abdullah.
She said he was the part of BJP led NDA rule at Centre and was a MoS in that Government also.  But still he talks of secularism, she added.
She, while reiterating her Party’s stand on red lights said that in entire country people want that red lights should be removed and the politicians should respect the feelings of the people.
“I was the first legislator who said that the red light of my vehicle be removed because we should respect the peoples growing demand’’ , she said.
On Kupwara protests against the Lolab encounter Mehbooba said that people are say nothing when a militant is killed but when there is killing of civilians they protest. In Kupwara various fake encounters have been reported so the people have lost their faith in the encounters.
Citing the example of Pathribal encounter, she said the Army closed the case and Machil encounter was also fake so the people have lost their faith, she added.
