Srinagar, Apr 2: Police in Baramulla today apprehended two absconders, evading arrest for more than three decades in the north Kashmir district.
They were involved in case FIR Numbers 115/1997 & 03/1988 of PS Pattan and PS Tangmarg respectively,” a statement issued by a police spokesman said.
“Warrant under section 512 CrPC issued by Court of Sub Judge JMIC Tangmarg pending with Police Station Tangmarg and Kunzer against accused persons Nazir Ahmad Mir son of Wali Mohammad resident of Miskeenbagh Khanyar A/P Ladoo Pampore and Ali Mohd Kawa son of Mohammad Qasim resident of Kawapora Sumbal A/P Hamdaniya Colony Bemina Srinagar were executed.
The arrested accused persons were produced before the Court of Law.”
