CFO of J&K Bank resigns

JAMMU, Apr 6: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of J&K Bank, Pratik D Punjabi has resigned from his post.
A letter from the Bank stated that he was advised by the competent authority to time his relieving post finalisation of the financial results and completion of the annual audit for FY 2023-24 but owing to non-receipt of any formal commitment from him to this effect, the Bank made a disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
While the process of appointing new CFO is likely to be completed in next two weeks, the Bank has identified Fayaz Ahmad Ganai as ‘Officer In-charge’ to take over from Pratik D Punjabi from April 5, 2024 onwards.
Fayaz Ahmad Ganai is a Chartered Accountant and has been associated with the Bank since the year 2009 in various key roles with overall experience of 15 years in the field of accountancy/financial management.
