POONCH, Apr 9: Randhir Singh has been elected as president while Ramesh Bali, as convener of Journalists Association Poonch.
In a meeting of the media-persons of Poonch district held today at Krishan Chander Park Poonch, a new organization namely, Journalists Association Poonch was formed. The media persons gathered on the occasion discussed their various issues. They resolved to frame a body and unanimously elected its office bearers.
On this occasion, Randhir Singh was unanimously elected as president, Ramesh Bali as convener, Ahtesham Hussain – senior vice president, Rajesh Khajuria- vice president, Niaz Shah- general secretary, Mohd Bashir as joint secretary, Manish Sharma- spokesperson, Pradeep Sharma as cashier while Nipun Khajuria and Sanjeev Sharma as Executive Members.
Other members -Shahnawaz Bandey, Shehzad Bhatt, Israr Kazmi, Sunny Sharma, Bhopinder Singh, Jahangir Sheikh, Rakesh Sharma and Gurpreet Kaur were also present on the occasion.
