DODA, Apr 13: INDI Alliance will sweep the upcoming Parliamentary elections in Jammu and Kashmir by winning all the Lok Sabha seats as the present dispensation has miserably failed to stand on the expectations of general public.
This was stated by Ajay Kumar Sadhotra, additional general secretary and former Minister while addressing a party meeting in Assar area of Doda District. In the meeting, Rattan Lal Gupta, Provincial president JKNC Jammu, Sajjad Ahmed Kitchloo, senior NC leader and former Legislator and several senior leaders of the party were present.
The meeting of party functionaries of JKNC Doda and Batote in Ramban Constituency was organized by Dr Chaman Lal Bhagat, Zonal Secretary Chenab Valley and former Legislator and the meeting of Batote was organized by Arif Mir District Secretary Ramban.
Sadhotra lamented the state of affairs under the LG Administration in Jammu and Kashmir, stating that this era would be remembered for its rampant corruption and misgovernance. He emphasized that the people are fed-up with the present Government.
Provincial president Rattan Lal Gupta asserted that the Government at the Centre had promised moon to the people of Jammu and Kashmir but delivered a big zero on ground. Moreover, it arrogantly and arbitrarily continues to follow the anti people policies with the result that it has met the same fate as that in Valley with people of Jammu region having totally discarded this party.
The Provincial president asserted that the people of Chenab Valley have high hopes from the INDI Alliance as well as from the National Conference and promised that the party will provide better amenities than the present dispensation. He urged the party cadre to ensure maximum participation of people in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, confident that the INDI Alliance will emerge victorious.
Sajjad Kitchloo expressed his disappointment with the local administration, accusing it of being non-supportive. He emphasized that the NC is the only party capable of fulfilling the aspirations of the people. He urged the public to rally behind INDI Alliance candidates in order to bring about positive change and progress in Jammu and Kashmir.
