JAMMU, Apr 15: In view of the forthcoming General Elections 2024, the Central Zone of JKNC has appealed to the voters of J&K to exercise their franchise in a wise manner so as to elect a Government at Centre which will work for overall betterment of the country, in general, and society, in particular.
In a message to people, President of JKNC Central Zone and former Minister, Babu Rampaul said, “There is a need to consolidate nationalist forces which uphold the idea of pluralistic society and keep the nation together unlike the present dispensation which is dividing people in the name of religion/caste/creed etc.”
He further appealed people to strengthen the socialist forces which could ensure the equitable development of each and every section of the society and not the one like the BJP which worked on the agenda to benefit only the selected class of rich people.
He said there is an urgent need to strengthen the forces which are saviour of democratic and secular tradition in India as there is an apprehension among the people that BJP is going to change the Constitution, if it is elected to power this time.
