UDHAMPUR, Mar 2: All J&K ReT Teachers Association held its monthly meeting here today under the chairmanship of its State president Vinod Sharma and district president Lekh Raj Parihar, which was attended by delegated from all eleven zones and senior members of the forum. While speaking, Sharma appealed the Government to include five years rendered services in the service books for seniority benefits as this is long pending demand of ReT teachers. Sharma further stated that Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister have assured them many times to include this period for seniority benefits, but still demand is unresolved. He hoped that the Government will full fill its promise made with the ReT teachers. The forum appealed the Government to include five years of their service in the service book for seniority benefits, release pending salary of SSA teachers and mid-day meals grants. Among others, who spoke were Sham Sharma, Sukhdev Singh, Sukesh Khajuria, Pritam Goswami, Ashok Seth, Chain Singh, Ravinder Singh, Parmod Sharma, Surjeet Singh, Manchand, etc.
