JAMMU, Apr 20: Director General of Police (DGP) J&K today ordered posting of 19 Inspectors to Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) with immediate effect.
The officers who have been transferred are Pushapjeet Singh (from SKPA), Arun Kotwal (Traffic), Manoj Kumar (J/Zone), Karnail Singh (J/Zone), Yash Paul (J/Zone), Vishal Kumar (AP 4th Sec), Vishal Kumar (A/Zone), Ravinder Kumar (J/Zone), Atul Singh Rakhwal (A/Zone), Aijaz Ahmad (CID), Muneer Ahmad (CID), Rayees Ahmad (K/Zone), Tariq Ahmad (K/Zone), Rabinder Singh (K/Zone), Davinder Singh (SSF), Mohd Hafiz (K/Zone), Peerzada Basher (CID), Showkat Ahmad (Crime) and Bahar Ahmad (K/Zone).
Moreover, Inspector Suresh Kumar (PID number ARP127896) upon his promotion to the present rank vide PHQ Order number 3467 of 2023 dated 12-12-2023, has been adjusted in Armed Zone and further transferred to ACB J&K for further duties. The post of Sub-Inspector held by the officer during his incumbency in CID is restored to Armed zone. Further, Inspector Inder Dev Sharma (PID Number EXJ046176) has been transferred from ACB J&K to PHQ for further duties with immediate effect.
Consequent upon transfer of Rabinder Singh (K/Zone) to ACB, his transfer to CID ordered earlier vide PHQ Order Number 1544 of 2022 dated 26-04-2022, has been cancelled abinitio. Moreover, the post of Inspector held by Ravinder Kumar (J/Zone) while his incumbency in Jammu zone and Inspectors Davinder Singh (SSF), Mohd Hafiz (K/Zone), Bahar Ahmad (K/zone), Peerzada Bashir (CID) and Showkat Ahmad (Crime), have been restored to Armed Zone with immediate effect.
