JAMMU, Mar 3: The Government today ordered transfers and postings of three officers of the rank of Under Secretary with immediate effect.
Fayaz Ahmad Khan, Assistant Director Estates has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary Science and Technology Department vice Nissar Ahmad, who has swapped his posting with the former.
Bilal Ahmad Najar, Under Secretary Government Science and Technology Department, has been transferred and posted as Under Secretary Health and Medical Education Department vice Nissar Ahmad.
