JAMMU, Mar 3: Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir and Justice Tashi Rabstan today dismissed a petition filed by JKSSB and others seeking review of judgment dated May 22, 2013 whereby quashment of selection list of 295 teachers of district Rajouri was upheld.
“The grounds projected in the review petitions stand adjudicated upon the judgment under review. If the review petitioners are aggrieved, they shall have to work out other remedies as shall be available”, the DB said, adding “the review petition is not worth to be entertained because there is no error apparent on the face of record which would persuade the court to entertain the same”.
