NO nominated to handle unlawful content in cyber space

JAMMU, Apr 25: Government has nominated a Nodal Officer (NO) to handle unlawful content/information/activities in cyber space.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the nomination of Sanjay Kumar Tickoo (Under Secretary, Higher Education Department) as Nodal Officer to handle unlawful content/information/activities in cyber space as per the provisions of the act/law administered by the Government,” said an order issued by the Government.
