What will be the consequences if a paper is leaked in an examination before it starts? This is a nerve wracking question which may sometimes impinge our subtle mind.
Hindi paper of J&K BOSE for Annual Higher Secondary Examination that was scheduled to take place on 28th of February, 2014 got leaked before its start. This may have affected the psychology of the candidates adversely. The JKBOSE which is responsible for conducting examinations should know that the students who had made hard preparations may got discouraged due to cancellation of the exam. Second, this process will lengthen the examination schedule by two to three days. Students are in dilemma whether second paper will take place on the schedule time or not. So there is a tug of war in their mind regarding the second paper.
On the other hand, J&K BOSE will have to deal the situation firmly while conducting the whole examination process so that it will not take place in future. J&K BOSE should check that why J&K BOSE fails every time in keeping the paper secure? And J&K BOSE should take necessary precautions to stop these kinds of activities in the future.
