JAMMU, May 1: Police have issued a proclamation requiring two notorious criminals Mohammad Liyaqat, alias Billa, from Khari Karmara, and Mohammad Arshad, alias Asif, from Darabagyal Digwar, Poonch, to appear in court.
Both individuals are charged in connection with FIR number 69/2023, which includes allegations under various sections of the IPC, Indian Arms Act, Explosive Substance Act, NDPS Act, and the UA(P) Act of 1967, as presented to the Poonch Sessions Court on January 24, 2024.
Liyaqat and Arshad are accused of evading arrest following the issuance of warrants by the court.
They are now required to present themselves within 30 days from the publication of this proclamation.
Failure to comply will result in further legal actions against them Under Section 83 of the CrPC.
