JAMMU, May 2: Bharat Tibet Sangh (BTS), today opened a Cutting & Tailoring Centre at Jagti Nagrota, migrant camp which was inaugurated by president Vivek Singhal.
As per report, Dr Kuldeep Sharma, Prabhari North Zone was chief guest and president, Vivek Singhal inaugurated the centre in presence of general secretary, Pt. RC Sharma, senior vice president Ashwani Sharma besides MK Yogi, Ashwani Bhat, Sunil Pandita, Daizy Bhat, Fancy Koul and Urmila.
While speaking on the occasion, Dr Kuldeep Sharma said by opening centre in Jagti Nagrota will impart the training among women and thereafter it will boost the income of the women, who are unemployed. He further mentioned that since his start of social life he has been continuously opening the Cutting & Tailoring Centre and positive result had been surfaced. He asked the gathering that he would extend all possible support to the migrant women at any cost.
Vivek Singhal said that by opening such centre self employment would be created and also provide a financial independence.
Others who spoke on the occasion included Pt RC Sharma, Ashwani Sharma, MK Yogi, Sunil Pandita and DaizyBhat. The programme was organized by DaizyBhat, Fancy Koul and Urmilaji besides other women.
