POONCH, May 3: One person was critically injured in the collision between two motorcycles in Surankote area of Poonch district today.
Official sources said that at about 3:15 PM, two motorcycles bearing registration numbers JK02CM-3090 (Bullet) and JK02AQ-0475 (Pulsar) collided near Fire and Emergency Services Station in which one person was critically injured and shifted to Sub District Hospital, Surankote for treatment.
Block Medical Officer Surankote, Dr. Yousuf said that he was critically injured and after giving initial treatment, the injured was shifted to Government Medical College, Rajouri. Medical Superintendent GMC Rajouri Dr Mehmood Bajar said that injured is under treatment on ventilator here.
He was identified as Mushtaq Ahmed, son of Wazir Mohd, resident of Bella, Surankote. Station House Officer Surankote, Insp. Mukhtiar Ali said that Police has taken cognizance of the matter.
