PNB Officers Association highlight demands

SRINAGAR, June 28: The Jammu and Kashmir Circle of Punjab National Bank Officers Association has demanded that the management should redress the demands of the local staff so that the bank functions to the best possible level.
In a statement, Joint Secretary, AIPNBO-Jammu and Kashmir Circle, Showkat Ahmad said that the demand was raised during the demonstration held at the area office. He said the fulfillment of the genuine demands would calm the nerves of agitating officers and the sacred cause of development of bank and customer satisfaction is fulfilled.
The Joint Secretary said that the Association is not consulted by the management before taking important decisions relating to the overall development of the bank. He said that the performing officers are ignored while as the non-performing ones are awarded. He said the transfer guidelines are not being followed.
