KATHUA, Mar 9: Kant Kumar, Sarpanch Panchayat, Kootah, block Hiranagar has provided Rs 1000 per month from his honorarium to a student Vivek Raina who is orphan and has two younger sisters.
First instalment of Rs 8000 was handedover by ADDC Kathua N S Balli, Director Social Aduit in presence of Soffi DPO, Kathua C K Sharma and BDO Hiranagar Vipan Bhagat in Panchayat office Kootah.
