POONCH, May 10: After receiving the information of suspicious movement, Special Operation Group of the J&K Police today launched a search operation in Mohalla Panditan, Ward Number 11 area of Poonch city.
Sources said that the owners of one residential house in the area, are now living in Jammu for the long time and there is no one residing in this house. Locals saw some suspicious movement there and informed police after which Police team conducted the search in that house.
The house was thoroughly checked, and nothing suspicious was found there but the locks were broken which were replaced with new locks.
Pertinent to mention that a suspicious movement was seen in Azad Mohalla and Khalsa Chowk few days ago and search was conducted, after that security is already on high alert, vehicles are being checked on entry and exit points of the city.
