JAMMU, May 18: Police today claimed to have arrested another accused in the Greater Kailash murder case.
A police spokesperson said that acting swiftly on human and technical inputs, Varun Kumar alias Punjabi, a resident of Jalandhar at present Samba, was arrested.
“The arrest of Varun is a significant achievement in the ongoing investigation into the murder of 39-year-old Avtar Singh on April 30, 2024 in Greater Kailash locality,” he said.
He said the arrest of Varun alias Punjabi is expected to give significant clues in the ongoing investigation of the case.
