JAMMU, Mar 12: A deputation of Chinar Power Projects Workers Union (CPPWU) district Kishtwar called upon Minister of State, Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo putforth their demands.
The deputation met under the chairmanship of its chairman of Joginder Bhandari wherein they projected their demands related to the absorption of skilled/unskilled and semi-skilled youths in rattle H E Project and upcoming projects of district Kishtwar.
Bhandari demanded that one member of each family whose land has come under the Rattle H E Project should be permanently absorbed in GVK Power Development Limited instead of LGT at par with the NHPC employees and those whose houses have come under the said project should be provided land free of cost at Kishtwar.
The deputation also discussed the other related problems of the union.
