SRINAGAR, Mar 14: Two women attempted suicide in North Kashmir on Thursday evening.
A police spokesman said, a 25-year-old woman of Hyhama, Kupwara silted her throat at her home. She was immediately rushed to SMHS, Hospital for treatment.
In another suicide attempt, a 17-year-old girl of Doodipora, Handwara consumed poison at her home. She was shifted to District Hospital Handwara for treatment. The spokesman said police has registered cases in these incidents.
