Kashmiri doctor launches guidance programme for writers

JAMMU, May 25: To guide authors and writers, a Kashmir-based medico cum noted columnist Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo launched a ‘Writers guidance programme’ here today.
In a statement issued, Dr Tasaduk said, “The main purpose of the program shall be to encourage young talented writers and help them in building write ups under supervision in order to build a huge mass of writers, columnists and intellectuals who have a very crucial role to play in revolutionizing the society in various domains by articulating their views and opinions.”
“The program shall try to work in the horizon of achieving the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which is a Global blueprint framework to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all,” he said.
“While launching such a program, we are pleased to announce the core committee of the Council which will be headed by Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo with Dr Awadhesh Singh (published author cum India’s top educator), Abrar Ul Mustafab (Columnist cum writer), Mushtaq Hurra (noted writer cum columnist), Syed Mujtaba (child rights advocate), Faheem Ul Islam (young published author) Chetan Prabhakar(published author) and Dr Qazi Ashraf (noted published author) as other members,” he added.
