AIMCCC for probe in grabbing of shrines land in Kashmir

JAMMU, May 29: All India Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AIMCCC) in its meeting held at Jagti township today under the chairmanship of B.K Raina discussed various issues faced by displaced Pandits. All the Working Committee members participated in the meeting. While speaking AIMCCC president, Desh Rattan Pandita said that it’s unfortunate that maximum land of Hindu temples and shrines in the Valley either has been grabbed or has been sold to third party which is neither in the interest of KPs nor in the interest of the nation. He in an appeal to Prime Minister, demanded a thorough probe into the matter.
He said the community has not given any mandate to any individual or party to make sale deed according to their own choice. While speaking in the meeting P N Jalali, J.L.Raina and R.L Sharma said that AIMCCC is arranging Kashmir Darshan on the eve of Zeasta Asthmi for the members of the community.
Those who spoke in the meeting included media secretary, AIMCCC, Vinoo Misri, youth secretary, Anil Mehta, Mahila Wing district president, Meela Misri, Priya Dhar, Anjali Kar. Others who participated in the meeting included Sagar Koul, Sunil Kachroo, Bimla Bhan and Veena Dhar.
