J&K | New File Submission Rules Notified For Govt Departments

JAMMU, May 31: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered that files from all departments, except those under the Advisor, must now be submitted to the Lieutenant Governor through the Chief Secretary. However, Home Department files related to UAPA, PSA, and similar matters will continue to follow the existing submission process.
