KATHUA, May 30: A young women was killed and her husband was injured in a car accident that took place at Palli Morh on National Highway. The accident took place when the car bearing Registration Number JK08C-0052 on the way to Rajbagh collided with tractor trolley loaded with iron rods.
Both the husband and wife were seriously injured and were shifted to.GMC Kathua. But woman succumbed to her injuries in the way and doctors declared her as brought dead.
The police have identified the deceased woman as Surekha Raina, wife of Darshan Raina resident of Rajbagh Kathua. Her husband Darshan Raina is admitted in hospital for treatment. Kathua police registered a case and arrested the tractor driver.
