JAMMU, June 1: The Ramakrishna Mission Medical Centre Udheywala, Jammu, organized a one-day free neurology camp here today.
The camp featured Dr. Sushil Razdan, renowned Neurologist, Dr. Rajni Razdan, a Gynaecologist, and Dr. K.K Pandita, Physician.
The health camp provided a range of free medical services, including consultations with Neurologists, Orthopedics, Gynecologist, Dental Surgeons, ENT specialist, Ophthalmologist, Allopathy Physicians, Ayurveda Physician, and Physiotherapist.
About 437 patients benefited from the expertise of 15 doctors at this camp. Besides, free consultations, the camp offered check-ups for blood sugar, Hba1c, and blood pressure at no cost. A full body check-up covering 65 parameters, including CBC, LFT, KFT, Lipid profile, BSF, Urine tests, and thyroid function tests (T3, T4, TSH), was available for a nominal fee of Rs. 700, a substantial discount from the usual price of Rs. 1400.
The camp facilitated 62 Fibro scan tests (for Liver), 80 free blood sugar tests and distributed medicines free of charge.
Distinguished guests including Arun Manhas, Director, Industry and Commerce and Anusuya Jamwal, ADC, Jammu graced the event with their presence.

Anusuya Jamwal, ADC, Jammu praised the Mission’s commendable work and encouraged local citizens to make the most of these medical services.
Swami Yajnadharananda, Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission, Jammu, highlighted the organization’s commitment to the ideals of Sri Ramakrishna Dev, Maa Sharada, and Swami Vivekananda, emphasizing service to humanity as a form of divine worship and announced plans to organize such free camps monthly.
