JAMMU, June 11: Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Management Trust, Gandhi Nagar here today organized a one day meditation workshop in association with A.V Saik Kumar Reddy, who spent 27 years as Principal Secretary to Brahmrishi PATRIJI and Chief Executive of Spiritual Science Magazine and also remained abroad for 20 years to spread vegetarianism and spiritual wisdom.
The function was presided over by S.C Rekhi, general secretary in absence of Trust president, Th. Gulchain Singh Charak.
Reddy gave a detailed discourse on meditation and demonstrated various methods of meditation to the participating devotees.
Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Management Trust has been organizing religious and spiritual programmes in the temple quiet often.
Prominent amongst those who participated in meditation workshop were S.C Rekhi, Prithvi Raj Vaid, P.C Gupta, Sumesh Damral, Ramesh Thakur, Karan Singh, Kiran Rajput, Uma Sharma, Kulbir Singh Chib, Parshant Sharma, Jagjit Singh, Tarun Gupta and a large number of other devotees.
