RCALC Chairman reviews basic facilities in villages near LoC

LEH, June 12: In order to review the basic facilities in villages adjacent to the Actual Line of Control, Chairman of the Reservation Commission for Actual Line of Control (RCALC) Ladakh, Justice Bansi Lal Bhat (Former Judge of J&K High Court), presided over a significant meeting here today.
During the meeting, Bansi Lal Bhat shed light on the historical perspectives of the Constitution and the justice system, illustrating how these foundations have been pivotal in advancing the welfare of marginalized groups.
He stressed that the commitment to justice and inclusivity is central to the ethos of the Indian Constitution, and no one must be left behind in the nation’s progress.
Bhat emphasized the importance of ensuring the welfare of all residents, particularly those who have been overlooked in previous initiatives and stressed that justice must be accessible to every individual, with no one left behind in the region’s development efforts.
Ensuring justice and equitable treatment for villages adjoining the Actual Line of Control (ALC), Justice Bansi instructed line departments to compile and submit detailed and accurate records of these villages.
