KATHUA, June 16: The District Administration has sought all the details of the employees engaged by the stone crusher units operating in its jurisdiction.
The details sought by the Administration include name of the stone crushers, their locations, name of the owner and employees, their addresses and Aadhaar Numbers/Government Identity Card along with self attested photocopy.
All the stone crusher units have been directed to furnish these details/documents within one week in the prescribed format as per SO 60 of Department of Mining to Deputy Commissioner Office, Kathua.
The details have been sought from the stone crusher units, as a large number of such units are operational near banks of different rivers and near inter-state borders of the district, and it is pivotal to maintain strict vigil along these areas.
