JAMMU, June 21: To conduct an in-depth inquiry into the charges leveled against Kamini Kesar, the then Assistant Enforcement Officer and Naresh Kumar, the then Enforcement Inspector, Jammu Municipal Corporation, the Department of Housing and Urban Development today appointed an Inquiry Officer and a Presenting Officer.
As per the order, Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Joint Commissioner (R&E), JMC has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer while Chand Singh, Secretary JMC, shall be the Presenting Officer.
The Inquiry Officer shall submit the report within a period of 15 days, further reads the order.
