JAMMU, Mar 24: VHP State patron, Dr Rama Kant Dubey today urged the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah that instead of meddling in national politics he should put the things in order in his own State.
Talking to reporters here, today Dr Dubey took serious exception of what he called unwanted and uncalled pieces of advice given by Chief Minister to National political parties by tweeting without bothering or looking into that what is happening in his own State.
He said the frequent leakage of Board papers and selling of professional college papers in the State is a cause of concern which shows that the situation has deteriorated to a great extent. Instead of looking into these issues and taking revolutionary steps to curb the menace and show a door to corrupt elements in the State, the Chief Minister was trying to be advisor to national political parties through tweet.
He said the State of affairs has deteriorated to such an extent in the State that examinations are held for many professional courses on subsequent dates to debar the local students to seek admission in professional colleges. This way the deserving and intelligent students are ignored and seats are given to kith and kin of the politicians by using the under hand means, he added.
Dr Dubey demanded that the Government should immediately take action to correct the mismanagement going on in the Board and immediately order the appointment of full time Chairman.
He also demanded that the matter be inquired through CBI and the people involved in leakage of papers be sacked as they have played with the life of the students who are the pillars of the nation.
