As the kingpin of the paper leak gang, he said, Yadav orchestrated a well-crafted plan involving touts in Haryana and J&K to recruit candidates willing to pay between Rs 15 lakh for access to the leaked exam paper.
The payments were collected in cash and via bank transfers routed to Yadav.
Previously, the ED attached movable properties, including bank balances worth approximately Rs 1 crore, linked to Yatin Yadav and M/S New Gopal Fumigation Corporation, under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
