Anila Charak awarded in Indonesia, Vietnam

JAMMU, July 5: Renowned poetess, Gazalkar, Satirist and former Principal at Department of Atomic Energy Commission, Mumbai, Dr. Anila Singh Charak, daughter of the soil has been awarded in Indonesia and Vietnam for her extraordinary contribution in the field of literature and education all around the globe.
She was awarded during a seminar organized by Sahitya Sanchay Shodh Sansthan in collaboration with Aai Gusti Bagus Sugreev University, Indonesia (Bali) last month.
Writers and educationists from different States of India and abroad participated in the event which was presided over by Dr. Jogendra Singh Bisen, Vice Chancellor of the University.
The programme started with beautiful Bali dance presented by the students of Sugreev University Bali.
The chief guest on the occasion was Dr. Aai Vyon Dibia who while speaking on the occasion said that Shri Ram acts as a bridge between India and Indonesia.
He also said that he was deeply attached with India and is deeply connected to Haridwar.
Dr. Anila also participated in Kavi Samelan organized by the Indonesia Paramdham Society Denpasar where her poetry made the audience spell bound.
On this occasion she was conferred Galoon Ganj Cultural Award.
Her two books of poetry and satirical prose were also released by the VC of Sugreev University.
