2 injured in road mishaps

Srinagar, Mar 28: Two persons were injured in two different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a 16-year-old school girl, Shabeena daughter of Syed Mushtaq Ahmed Peer, was injured when a motorcycle hit her in Handwara market near HDFC Bank.
The injured girl was shifted to a hospital for treatment, he said.
A woman pedestrian, Jameela Begum wife of Mohammad Amin Batla of Bimyar near Challa in Uri when a Maruti  hit and injured her.
The injured lady was shifted to District Hospital, Baramulla for treatment.
The spokesman said police has registered cases in these accidents.
