JAMMU, July 22: Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP) in Jammu district today claimed that they have obtained the confirmation orders of the property attachment of a notorious drug peddler.
A police official said that Police Station Bakshi Nagar has obtained the property attachment orders of one Sudesh Kumari of Resham Ghar Colony.
He said the property of the notorious drug peddler was attached in the first week of June and subsequently sent to the competent authority under NDPS Act/SAFEMA Act for confirmation which was successfully obtained.
According to him, the accused woman has been implicated in multiple drug-related cases and is currently incarcerated in District Jail Ambphalla, Jammu in case FIR number 41/2024 under sections 8/21/22/25/29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Bakshi Nagar, Jammu.
