Srinagar, July 22: To reach out to women in distress and ensure their safety and well-being, the Anantnag police today established 24×7 Women Help Desk mobile numbers at seven Police Stations in the district.
Authorities stated that the help desk, manned by dedicated female police officers, aims to provide a platform for all women to report any problems related to their daily lives.
The Help Desk will address issues such as domestic violence, harassment, and other gender-related concerns, police said.
