JAMMU, Apr 2: Mohammad Yousuf Akhoon, Principal Secretary to Chief Justice, State High Court, today ordered promotions and transfers of staff of subordinate judiciary.
According to the order, Ulfat Hussain, Bal Krishan-III, Neetu Sharma, Ravi Kant, Balbir Singh, Ashok Kumar-IV, Lokeshwar Sharma, Zahid Zaheer Dar, Sibte Jaffer, Manzoor Ahmad Wani, Ramesh Kumar Rakhwal, Zahid Latief Sheikh, Muzaffer Syed, Qasim Ali, Manjeet Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Murtaza Tariq, Jagdish Kumar Sharma, Sunil Kumar Wangoo, Sunil Kumar Koul-I, Mohammad Aslam Bhatti, Absar Iqbal Goni, Makhan Lal, Raj Kumar, Kulbhushan Kalsi, Archana Bhat, Santosh Kumar Ganjoo, Vivek Kumar Anand, Sushma Raina, Sandeep Bhat, Bharat Bhushan, Rajinder Kumar Kotwal have been temporarily promoted as Senior Assistants in Jammu division.
Similarly, Mushtaq Ahmad Najar, Nazir Ahmad Chopan, Firdous Ahmad Khan, Baitullah Ahmad Magray, Ghulam Hassan Bhat, Nuzhat Ara, Ms. Omera Khan, Rafiq Ahmad Mir, Ashiq Hussain Farooqi, Ms. Basharat Abdullah, Tariq Ahmad Bhat, Parveez Ahmad Mir, Masrat Rashid, Baby Tabassum Shahnaz, Mukhtiyar Ahmad Shah, Mohd. Iqbal Qadri, Nazir Ahmad Hajam, Afaq Ahmad Dar and Mohd. Ashraf Dar have been temporally promoted as Senior Assistants in Kashmir division.
Consequent on promotion, these officials were transferred and posted in different courts across the State.
