Dr Prabhakar appointed member in JARC

JAMMU, July 25: With an objective to see and watch the delivery of justice to the common man especially in the rural areas, Dr Prabhakar was appointed as member in the Justice and Right Committee (JARC).
In this regard the Government has established this Committee and is spending a lot of money in introducing new technology system easing the way for the justice to reach to the rural population.
Dr Prabhakar is a retd. civil servant and worked as OSD in the Chief Minister Secretariat and also with various chief secretaries. He is alimony of Jammu University and founded Member of IIPA.
The committee consists of senior Bureaucrats, Legal experts and Professional shall provide necessary input to the Government and every member will play role of third party monitoring. The member will also keep a watch that the benefit of the system are percolating among the massive with the theme that delivery of justice to the needy people.
Dr Prabhakar has been assigned to prepare a status report on the subject matter to the Government for the onwards transmission to the PMO office.
As part of post Retirement Assignment, he has served National level monetar with Ministry of Rural development and was also re-employed as state project manger monitoring to deal National Rural Livelihood Mission.
