JAMMU, July 25: Shiv Sena (UBT) J&K unit leaders here today staged a protest demonstration and torched the flag of Pakistan.
The protesters demanded strong military action against Pakistan and accused the BJP led Government at Center for failure to restore peace in J&K.
The protest was led by Manish Sahni, president Shiv Sena J&K and he said that people of J&K have been facing the brunt of terrorism for the last three and a half decade.
“In the last one month, 12 soldiers have been martyred and 10 civilians killed in terrorist incidents in Jammu division,” he maintained.
The Shiv Sena leader quoted J&K DGP, R.R Swain to say that about 60-70 terrorists are there on the launch pads waiting for infiltration into J&K.
Shiv Sena general secretary, Vikas Bakshi; president Kamghar Wing, Raj Singh; Shahipal, Pawan Singh, Sarpanch, Gulam Nabi, Nar Singh, Rahil Verma, Rohit Kumar, Tarsam Sharma, Mahinder, Sahil Verma, Rohit Kumar, Narinder Kumar, Sinam, Kajal Kumari, Tarsem and many others were also present in the protest.
